This sauce was born from the combination of the typical Genoese pesto, prepared with a high percentage of basil, and white truffle. This truffle sauce is perfect for dressing: pasta dishes, especially trofie, fusilli, or spaghetti; for pizza with tomato or bruschetta it’s addictive! We advise you to mix it well before use and to add it as a final touch to what you have already prepared, while the dish is still warm. The amount you could add depends on your taste. Usually, it’s enough to add one teaspoon for a couple of portions.
