Organic Maple syrup Grade A is a 100% natural food, processed by heat concentration of pure maple sap. This sap is a sterile, clear liquid, which provides the trees with water and nutrients before the buds and leaves open in the spring. In the boiling, concentrating, and filtering processes, all the nutrients remain in the syrup. It contains the minerals zinc, manganese, potassium, magnesium, iron, and calcium.
Organic Maple syrup Grade A is produced early on in the season and is characterized by its light amber color. A lighter color, a light maple flavor, and fewer minerals.

Maple syrup contains fewer calories and has a higher concentration of minerals than honey. It can be found at any time of the year! It is one of the nutritional wonders of the world. This sticky, amber-colored, sweet-tasting syrup comes from the sap of a black or red maple tree. The juice is clear, almost tasteless, and very low in sugar during this first process. It is then cooked to give it more thickness, flavor, and color. Its sugar content is about 60%.

Maple syrup has many reasons to be hailed as a very good health product. It is a great source of manganese and zinc. Manganese is an indispensable cofactor in a number of enzymes for the maintenance of energy productivity and antioxidant effect. It is in our cells, where mitochondria are the main energy producer, that one of those enzymes works, for which manganese is the main fuel – we can get 22% of our daily needs from maple syrup. It boosts heart health. Zinc, in addition to being an antioxidant, lowers the risk of atherosclerosis. It is needed to maintain the function of endothelial cells. Thus, it increases the good cholesterol and lowers the bad! Maple syrup plays an important role in supporting the immune system. Many of our immune system functions are not in optimal shape without zinc. Especially in children, its lack reduces the number of white blood cells – T-lymphocytes, macrophages, and Beta cells. Zinc restores their normal condition. Manganese is used as an immunostimulant and is involved in the production of male hormones. Maple syrup may support male fertility. Zinc is most concentrated in the prostate – no other tissue contains a greater amount of this substance. Its low content can be a prerequisite for prostate cancer. The mineral is used for medical purposes to reduce its increased size. Maple syrup is also rich in carbohydrates, sugars, soluble and insoluble fibers, sodium, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and others.
