Whole Wheat Spaghetti by Sgambaro pasta is made with 100% Italian organic hulled durum wheat flour. , that is, as in an onion, the outer shell of the grain, richer in cellulose and more subject to possible contamination, is eliminated and the fibers are kept internal, more delicate, and more suitable for our digestion.

The Scambaro BIO Whole Wheat Spaghetti is whole wheat and certified organic whole wheat spaghetti. The content is 500 grams and the cooking time for this Al Dente Pasta is 9 minutes.

The whole wheat pasta is derived from a mixture of whole durum wheat and water. The whole wheat term defines the bran which is not subject to refining processes (as with the classic white flour) and is therefore retained those elements of the wheat grain such as bran, the germ, and the endosperm. This makes that whole wheat pasta to be very rich in fibers that slow, during digestion, the absorption of carbohydrates thus the formation of lipids (fats).
